Where do we ship from?
We operate 2 Bi-costal greenhouses so we cover both sides of the U.S efficiently. Our greenhouses are located in San Marcos, California which is inland from sunny San Diego and Mount Dora, Florida, which is inland from Orlando.
We run separate websites for each location and you will need to apply to and place orders on the appropriate one.

Who do you ship with?
We ship with Fedex Freight. Small orders may ship via parcel mail. If you're local, you could avoid paying for shipping and pick your plants up in-person from one of our greenhouses in San Marcos, CA or Mount Dora, FL. We can also deliver plants locally for an additional fee. Contact info@houseplantwholesale.com for info regarding local delivery.
What is the minimum?
There is a $250 minimum for all orders, plus shipping. See shipping section below for freight costs. You can eliminate the shipping fee by picking up your order at one of our greenhouses in either San Marcos, California, or Mount Dora, Florida. We start Local orders at a $250 minimum, but we are flexible when it comes to local orders. Our greenhouse addresses are as follows:

If you'd like to place an order for local pickup, please select the 'pickup' option at checkout. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.
*Please note that our greenhouses are not storefronts, and as such are generally not open to the public.
Below are the quantity minimums per species of plant you purchase:
2"-3" Plants - 7 Per Item
4" Plants - 5 Per Item
6" Plants - 3 Per Item
Air Plants - 5 Per Item
Accessories and Supplies - 3 Per Item
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo and Bitcoin. If you are doing local delivery or pickup we also accept cash and checks.

You have the option for local pickup at our San Marcos location and Florida Location.

Freight
If you're located outside our local delivery zone we can arrange a shipment via truck anywhere in the contiguous United States. (No Hawaii, No Alaska)
Most orders above $500 will ship on a pallet. And below $500 may ship via parcel mail.
*Additional charges for residential and a lift gate may be added.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our plants!
If you happen to receive a plant in poor condition, or it dies within 30 days of receiving it, please email info@houseplantwholesale.com or call us at (949)304-1286.
We ensure all plants will arrive in healthy condition if ordered properly.
Please note the following:
If plants arrive in substandard conditions, send us a photo within 30 days and we are happy to reimburse or replace any of the damaged items. Please note we are only able to issue a refund for the plants themselves and not for the price of shipping.
To qualify please send an email of the order to info@houseplantwholesale.com with a picture of the damaged item and shipping information. Only one replacement order will be issued. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days to process. If you have any issues, please bear with us as we are small business, it may take 1-2 days during the week to get back to you and fix any problems. We appreciate your patience!
