Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer depending on availability.

Our minimum order is $150 per purchase. Additionally, we have per-species minimums to ensure optimal shipping and plant health:

2"–2.25" plants: 5 per species
4" plants: 5 per species
6" plants: 3 per species
Air plants: 5 per species
Accessories and supplies: 3 per item

We are a wholesale-only supplier, serving businesses such as plant shops, florists, interior designers, and online retailers.

We update our inventory daily, but plant availability can change quickly based on the season and demand. Early ordering is recommended. Check out our live availability list.

Yes. Due to agricultural regulations, certain plants cannot be shipped to specific states (like Hawaii and Alaska) or may require special permits. We comply with all USDA regulations and will contact you if an adjustment to your order is needed.

We ship from our Southern California and Central Florida greenhouse and distribution center.

Processing takes 3–5 business days, followed by 2–5 business days in transit depending on your location.

We monitor weather closely. In extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipments to protect your plants. Heat packs are available seasonally at checkout.

Yes! During colder months, we offer optional winter packaging, including heat packs, to protect plants in transit. You can select heat packs during checkout. We monitor national weather patterns closely and may hold shipments if extreme conditions could affect plant health.

Plants are carefully hand-packed using custom boxes to ensure safe arrival. We secure plants in plastic bags and sleeves, and supportive boxes to minimize damage during transit. Larger plants are staked or braced for extra protection.
